Your Tasks
Responsibility to develop cell electrode designs in Cylindrical Cell Program
Series design electrode development according to the cell specification
Define relevant testing routines for performance validation together with the Testing & Analytics team
Material specification and series supply decision / nomination of electrode materials like active materials, binders, separators etc. together with the supply chain team
Change Releases regarding Design- and Process-Modifications
Technical Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, Short term and long term measure definitions
Your Profile
A successfully completed Master degree in the field of Electrochemistry or Material Science or similiar
A PhD title within these fields would be a plus
3-5 years of experience with the design of lithium-ion cells regarding electrodes or other electrochemical active components
Experience with cell electrode designs specifically for cylindrical cells would be a plus
Industry experience – Preferably with a cell developer
