He has recently been appointed to the prestigious “Senate of Economy,” and this includes his membership in the Senate’s Commission for Mobility.
The Senate of Economy serves as a community of values and a think tank at national, European, and international levels. Its mission is to actively contribute to solutions for future issues in the interest of the common good. The Senate places special emphasis on promoting an ecological and social market economy, corporate responsibility, value-oriented corporate management, and the support of public welfare-oriented policies.
As Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Christoph Falk, an Austrian national, is tasked with developing the product business at CustomCells. This encompasses the development, industrialization, and marketing of premium high-performance battery cells.
A mechatronics engineer with a doctorate in computer science, Dr. Falk initiated his professional journey in software development at Bosch before transitioning to Valeo in Paris (engine systems) and MBtech (electromobility). Subsequently, he joined the engineering service provider Alten as Technical Director. From 2020 to 2023, he served as the Managing Director at Continental Engineering Services, Continental’s innovation incubator, overseeing 24 locations and 3,000 employees.
Dr. Christoph Falk’s appointment to the Senate of Economy and his membership in the Commission for Mobility underscore his exceptional standing as an expert in the field of battery technologies.
